ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on new charges after a second arrest in three weeks.
On Wednesday, police arrested 33-year-old Alan M. Kendrick of Atchison, on a Community Corrections detain order and a District Court warrant for violation of a protective order, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
On Feb. 23, police arrested Kendrick in the 800 block River Road on a District Court warrant for criminal damage to property.
Kendrick was jailed for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia which was found on his person during the warrant arrest.
