ATCHISON COUNTY—A Kansas man accused of bond violations earlier this year was back in jail on Monday.
David W. Chapman, 52, Lancaster, was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In November of last year he was accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to online jail records. He is no longer in custody.
