ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on new allegations after an arrest in Atchison County.
On Tuesday, police arrested 40-year-old Jacob A. Allee of Atchison, on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In December of 2022, Allee was jailed on requested charges of possession of stolen property, according to online jail recored. April of 2023, Allee was jailed on a county warrant.
