LIVINGSTON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 10p.m. Sunday in LIvingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Crown Victoria driven by a 20-year-old Chillicothe man was southbound on Route C five miles south of Utica. The car crossed the center line and continued off the east side off the east side of the road. The vehicle struck a ditch and came to rest in a creek.
A private vehicle transported the driver to Hedrick Medical Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP. The patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
