ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for continuing to avoid court.
On Saturday, police arrested 38-year-old Lance A. Gasper of Atchison on a District Court warrant for failure to abide by court orders., according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In July police arrested him on requested charges of aggravated failure to appear.
