The 8th annual Coffee for a Cure Day is today.

All sales and tips from the Human Bean in St. Joseph today benefit the Mosaic Life Care Auxiliary Breast Cancer Patient Assistance
Fund. Mosaic Life Care Auxiliary will match each gift.

The fund provides Mosaic breast cancer
patients with financial help, treatment, mammograms and education. It’s not
just coffee – all drinks, baked goods and tips will be donated as well.

Last
year, The Human Bean collected $10,525.94 in sales and tips. After the Mosaic Life Care Auxiliary match, the grand total
of $21,051.88 was donated to help area breast cancer
patients.

Over the past seven years, The Human
Bean has donated about $55,000, and the Auxiliary has matched that, for a total
of almost $110,000 with our Coffee for a Cure endeavor.
