
BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an Oklahoma man on drug allegations.
Just after 4:30pm. June 9, a sheriff's deputy initiated a
traffic stop on U.S. 75 near 170th for speeding, according to Sheriff John Merchant.
During a visit with the driver, the deputy observed the odor of raw marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Based on the
investigation that followed, deputies arrested 30-year-old Charles Scott of Geary, Oklahoma on requested charges of Possession of Meth, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
