A bicyclist in his 20s is being treated at KU Medical Center for a serious head wound after being hit by a car at a St. Joseph intersection last night.
St. Joseph police report the bicyclist, a man in his 20s, failed to stop at an intersection at Savannah and Oscar and was hit by a vehicle which was traveling north on Savannah Road.
The bicyclist suffered serious head trauma. Police report the man is listed in critical condition.
Police report the driver stayed at the scene and has not been charged.
