ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a teen after a weekend incident in the 1300 block North 7th Street in Atchison.
On Friday night, officers arrested 18-year-old Chandler A. Reese of Atchison for alleged domestic battery, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. Reese remains in custody, according to online jail records.
