ATCHISON COUNTY, Mo.—One person was injured in an accident just before 1a.m. Saturday in Atchison County, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2023 Harley-Davidson Road-Glide driven by a 50-year-old Shenandoah, Iowa man was northbound on U.S. 59 six miles north of Tarkio. The motorcycle traveled off the east side of the road down an embankment. It struck a fence, overturned and the driver was ejected.
Atchison-Holt ambulance transported the driver to Fairfax Hospital. LifeNet then transferred him to Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha. The Patrol released no additional details.
