Two Dollar Generals in Saint Joseph are converting from normal stores to DG Markets.

The locations, at 6500 King Hill Avenue and 4800 SE State Route FF, are both currently closed for renovation, and will reopen with a broader selection of fresh produce for customers.

The King Hill location could be open as soon as Thursday evening. The Route FF store was not available for comment.

These two bring Saint Joseph's tally to three, the first DG Market being near Ollie's on the Belt.
