St. Joseph police have issued a missing juvenile report.
The St. Joseph Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find 13-year-old Graham Davis, last seen at 3802 North 29th Street. Police report Davis was last seen wearing a Missouri Western shirt and wearing blue basketball shorts.
