Buchanan County now reports a total of 884 COVID-19 cases since counting began as the total cases at the Living Community of St. Joseph climbs.
The Living Community reports 28 residents and 29 employees have tested positive for the coronavirus.
Andrew County this weekend reported its first death from COVID-19, a man in his 50s with no underlying medical conditions who had been diagnosed with the coronavirus on June 9th. Andrew County reports a total of 55 cases.
Mosaic Life Care has now tested 12,531 residents with 562 testing positive for COVID-19. Eleven patients are hospitalized in St. Joseph. Mosaic awaits results from 24 tests.
Doniphan County reports 26 cases as the Kansas Department of Health reports nearly 15,919 cases, resulting in 277 deaths.
The Missouri Department of Health reports 23,436 cases with 1,028 deaths.
