ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon for an alleged violent crime.
On Wednesday, police arrested 41-year-old Thomas G. Lackey of Atchison, in the 1300 Block of South 10th Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He is being held on requested charges of domestic battery. He has four previous drug possession convictions for crimes committed in 2014, 2015 and 2019, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
