ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged theft.
On Monday, police arrested Tyon M. Whitely, 48, Atchison, for theft at Casey’s. 1629 Main Street in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
On two occasions in 2021 Whitely spent time in jail on requested charges involving criminal trespass, according to online jail records.
