NODAWAY COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 6p.m. Thursday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Sterling Trash Truck driven by Cody A. Marriott, 33, Maryville, was southbound on Route Y two miles southeast of Graham.
The truck crossed the center line, began to skid, partially traveled off the west side of the road, returned to the road, began to overturn and came to rest in the road on the passenger side.
Nodaway County EMS transported Mariott and a passenger Enoch E. Ross, 28, Burlington Junction, to Mosaic in Maryville. They were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
