Larry Wayne Mitchell 58, of Plattsburg, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025 in St. Joseph, MO. He was born March 31, 1967 in St. Joseph, MO, son of Paulene and Larry A. Mitchell. He was the owner operator of Mitchell Tree Service. Larry enjoyed riding Harley's, and having a good time, but his greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Larry is survived by his parents, and 10 children; Bryce Mitchell, Jessica Mitchell, Phillip Hoyt, Caressa Oldridge, Mary Bonine, Dannielle Parr, Amanda Lingo, Michael Mitchell, Alexis Bakos, and Charlie Mitchell, and a brother, Chad Mitchell, as well as numerous grandchildren.
There will be a Celebation of Life this Saturday, October 18, 2025 starting at 12 noon at the Plattsburg Community Courtyard, 117 West Maple, Plattsburg, MO.
