Mosaic Life Care has now tested more than 11,000 area residents for COVID-19 with 502 testing positive for the coronavirus.
Nine patients are being treated for COVID-19 at the St. Joseph hospital.
Mosaic is awaiting results from 207 tests.
Buchanan County reports 827 cases of COVID-19.
Missouri state health officials now report 19,421 total cases of the coronavirus since counting began, resulting in 982 deaths.
Andrew County reports 45 cases of COVID-19. Doniphan County, Kansas reports 25.
Kansas health officials count 12,970 total cases with 261 deaths.
