Work can now begin on a new aquatic facitliy in St. Joseph as demolition at the Hyde Park pool house is now complete.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The $4,320,000 project is funded by the CIP and parks sales tax and is expected to be completed by May 2027.&nbsp; Guests of the facility will be greeted with a renovated pool house equipped with restrooms, concessions and a year-round rental room.

The pool itself will feature a zero-depth entry, a wading area, a sun shelf with in-water seating and an in-water play structure.&nbsp; There will also be access to a picnic area and shaded seating.
