BUCHANAN COUNTY—Two from St. Joseph were injured in an accident just after 10:30p.m. Saturday in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Ford Taurus driven by Dawn M. Reital, 48, St. Joseph, was northbound on U.S. 169 just south of Route E five miles north of Gower.
The car slid on the icy road. The vehicle traveled off the road, struck a ditch and rolled.
EMS transported Reital and a passenger Peter F. Stroud, 50, St. Joseph, to Mosaic Life Care. They were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP.
