DAVIESS COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 3:30p.m. Thursday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Chevy Silverado driven by Maria S. Sandoval-Diaz, 26, Cedar Rapids, IA, was southbound on Interstate 35 just south of Route C.
The driver lost control of the pickup. It traveled off the road and struck a bridge. Daviess County EMS transported Sandoval-Diaz to Cameron Regional Medical Center. She was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
