Bev Leonard, 79, Merriam, Kansas, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024.
She was born on April 23, 1944, to Clarence and Genevieve (Herrick) Balwanz in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
She received her PhD in theology and spent many years serving as a reverend at various churches throughout Kansas. Bev was a faithful Protestant.
Bev was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority.
Bev enjoyed camping and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Michael Leonard.
Survivors include her sons, Chris Leonard and Andy Leonard, grandson, Mitchell Leonard, and brother, Bob Balwanz.
