ATCHISON COUNTY —A Kansas felon is back in custody on new allegations.
On Saturday, police arrested 31-year-old Trevor L. Kiehl of Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He remains in custody on requested charges that include for theft that occurred in the 1000 block Main Street in Atchison and possession of marijuana. Kiehl has three previous drug conviction and on for interference with law enforcement, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
