EmpowerU is again hosting two more week long STEAM camps this summer for students third grade through the eighth grade in downtown St. Joseph with fun, hands on activites.
The two week long camps will be held July 20th through the 31st. The summer camps are designed for students in the third through the fifth grade, and the sixth through the eighth grade, to create and develop an interest in science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. Students will be able to choose from eight thrilling camp options, including LEGO Powered Machines, LEGO SPIKE Prime Robotics, LEGO WeDo 2.0 Robotics, Minecraft Education, Rocket League E-Sports, TYNKER Coding, Virtual Reality Explorers, TYNKER Augmented Reality Coding.
Under the guidance of expert facilitators, participants will build machines, program robots, and unlock their creative potential in a supportive environment designed to spark passion for STEAM fields.
