LIVINGSTON COUNTY—One. person was injured in an accident just before 11:30a.m. Tuesday in Livingston County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Jeep Cherokee driven by a 67-year-old Marceline woman was northbound on Marshall Street at Broaddus Avenue in Chula. The Jeep enter the uncontrolled intersection and into the path of an eastbound 2022 Chevy G3500. The Chevy struck the driver side of the Jeep.
Chillicothe EMS transported the Jeep driver to Hedrick Medical Center. There were no other injuries. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
