HOLT COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 11:30p.m. Tuesday in Holt County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Freightliner semi driven by Victor V. Andritchi, 33, Boring, Oregon, was northbound on Interstate 29 just south of U.S. 59.
The semi rear-ended a 2018 Chevy Equinox driven by Kevin M. Davis, 49, Craig, who had struck a deer in the road.
Atchison-Holt EMS transported Davis to Mosaic Life Care. Andritchi was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
