TANEY COUNTY —One person died in an accident just after 1a.m. Tuesday in Taney County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Anthony M. La Grand-Perez, 25, Branson, was eastbound on Highway 165 two miles west of Hollister.
The pickup traveled off the road, struck several trees and caught fire.
La Grand-Perez was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Cremations of the Ozarks. The MSHP did not have information on his seat belt usage.
